We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, including in situations involving unsafe conditions, properties outside our service area, or work outside the scope of our licensing.

Section 03
Scheduling & Appointments

Appointment windows are estimated and not guaranteed. While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window and notify you when our technician is on the way, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, prior jobs running over, or emergencies.

Cancellations: We ask that you provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. We reserve the right to charge a trip fee for cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched.

Access: You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property and the area requiring service at the scheduled time. If our technician arrives and access cannot be obtained, a trip fee may apply.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash
No surprise billing. If the scope of work changes materially during a job, we will pause and present you with a revised quote before proceeding.

Unpaid balances may be subject to collection action. You agree to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney's fees, in the event of non-payment.

Warranty & Guarantee

We stand behind our work. All labor performed by Best Plumber in DFW is warranted against defects in workmanship for 1 year from the date of service, unless a different warranty period is specified in writing at the time of service.

  • Parts and materials are subject to the manufacturer's warranty
  • Water heater installations carry the manufacturer's stated warranty (typically 6–15 years depending on the unit)
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, external factors, or work performed by other parties after our service
  • To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period and describe the issue

Our satisfaction guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, at our discretion.

Property Access & Safety

By scheduling service, you grant our licensed technicians permission to access the relevant areas of your property to perform the requested work. You agree to:
